Before Christmas in this post I walked you through all the products I slap on my face on a typical day. But, 7 months later, my everyday makeup routine has changed quite a bit so it's time for an update.

Not to be dramatic but Rihanna might have changed my life when she created Fenty Beauty. From the first time I tried the Pro Filt'r Soft Matte Longwear Foundation I knew it was love. The thin consistency feels like nothing on the skin but still manages to be medium/full coverage and dries down to a natural matte finish. If you've got super dry skin this might be a tad too matte but otherwise I'd highly recommend. Pairing it with the Pro Filt'r Instant Retouch Primer makes for an even smoother application and keeps me flawless all day. I’ve already gone through about 3 tubes of the Makeup Revolution Conceal and Define Concealer and will probably continue to repurchase forever. It’s great coverage, lasts all day, doesn’t crease and it’s only £4. FOUR POUNDS. Then I set all that business with the Kat Von D Lock It Blotting Powder and contour with my trusty but battered Kat Von D Shade and Light Palette. For highlight I am really digging the Colourpop Luster Dust in Gnomie. If you like a subtle highlight, you probably won’t be a fan of this but if you want sparkly, glittery, glowy magic on your cheeks then check this bad boy out.

I always use the Soap and Glory Archery Pencil to fill in my brows but recently I've been setting them with a new gel in the form of Glossier Boy Brow. I know I'm very late to the party but I've always gone for cheap brow gels because how good can a brow gel be? I was so naive. This gel sets and tints brows whilst making them look natural and fluffy. If you're blessed with vaguely matching, full-ish brows you could definitely skip the pencil and use this alone but, alas, I am not.

For eyes, I am all about the ABH Soft Glam palette. This might just be my favourite eyeshadow palette ever. Bold statement, I know, but it's pretty much perfect. There's a million and one warm-toned neutral palettes on the market but the tones in this one are my favourite by far and, in my opinion, the ABH eyeshadow formula is unbeatable. Most days I use a mixture of the matte shades Orange Soda, Burnt Orange, and Sienna but there isn't a colour in this palette I don't like. After a lot of trial and error I've finally found a cheap, cruelty free mascara that I like so I think I'm going to be using and repurchasing NYX Worth The Hype for a while. Finally, the Fenty Beauty Gloss Bomb has turned me into a lip gloss person and I'm digging it. This colour is a really flattering nude/peach with a stunning shine and the formula is super comfortable and non-sticky. If Rihanna wants to bring out any more shades I definitely wouldn't complain.
